About Renee My mom and dad raised four daughters in the heart of Detroit. I am the youngest of all, and the only romance author of the bunch. My family was big on education. I managed to get a B.S. Degree in Guidance and Counseling. I teach elementary school, but the first thing I do when I get home, other than rest after handling a bunch of active children, is retire to my computer and enter my fantasy world. I love to create exciting lives, funny characters and do anything that is different—with my writing. My family loves the fact that I write romance. They always say, “I never thought she would write about love and sex.” Though I love to write fiction, I also have other hobbies like, bowling (poorly), making jewelry, watching baseball My favorite types of movies are Horror, believe it or not. I love long walks on summer evenings. The water is my favorite place, which is convenient since I live near some of the Great Lakes. Sometimes I ride to the lake, sit on the grass with a good book or a T-shirt to paint, and get my inspiration for stories. Sometimes I just dream. I love music, and I think it is a good source of inspiration. Alone time is always a good way for me to think and come up with what I hope to be fantastic books. I hope you enjoy my website.
